You are seeing Haruna Fukuoka of Japan in the video. Many have seen her backhand strokes as special and different. This stroke is called power chop block. In effect, her backhand shorts can generate varying underspin and power. Many players have asked me what kind of rubber she uses on her backhand. She uses long pips, and it can only generate such kind of chos. A large percentage of the people say it is TSP Curl P3.

After some study of her strokes and the behavior of the long pips, I have to say she may be using TSP Curl P1R and not TSP Curl P3.
