I have been watching some table tennis team events on NBCOlympics.com. My initial impression is that most of all the top players are under severe pressure.
Ryu Seung Min lost to Thiago monteiro of Brazil. Timo Boll had to win only by 3-2 against Pradeeban Peter-Paul. Wang Liqin narrowly escaped from William Henzell of Australia.
The pressure is over, and we may see some amazing matches.

yeah! the pressures’ really on. especially for the chinese players because they’re on home soil
I must say the dealt with the pressure pretty good. i got to try to adapt and deal with pressure myself.
