Lower your Cholesterol level. How?

High Cholesterol can lead to heart failures. I had a Cholesterol level of 247 in the year 2003. I was advised to take the medicine Lipitor to lower my Cholestrol level. After two months of usage, I’ve stopped taking the medicine – it was driving me crazy while I was taking it. Then I’ve started focusing on tennis and walk to reduce the Cholesterol level, however I was irregular to practice - during the winter there is no court to play around my apartment. In addition to the “often” exercise, I’ve changed my diet - especially the kind of rice I eat. That was a beginning in my health’s improvement.

In 2005, I’ve started playing recreational table tennis every day at my new work place - thanks to my employer who has provided the table. The interest in the game lead me to table tennis clubs and now I play 2 to 3 hour every day – on some days it is 4 to 5 hours. I practice 30 to 45 minutes with my table tennis robot every morning.

I’ve checked my Cholesterol level again few weeks back. The result has come yesterday, and to my surprise my Cholestrol level has gone down to 203. The LDL level has gone down from 176 to 130 within two years.

An active life style has tremendous impact on anybody’s health. I want to thank the game table tennis for this achievement. The hours I spend playing have helped me to improve my Cholesterol level.

Im happy that your active lifestyle has improved your cholesterol level….some people likeme, however, cant do it on exercise alone…..definitely change of diet (low fat, higher fiber) will help….but when that it not enough then medicines like Lipitor are amazing……these medicines are some of the best medicines in the medical world today….they ahve proven to not only decrease cholesterol levels but decrease risk of heart attacks up to 60-70%! It is cardioprotective and in combo with diet and exercise like youre doing you should be playing table tennis for a very, very long time! good luck!
